We made an urgent care appointment and were seen on time. We're not sure that deserves top rating, but when almost all medical appointments are 15 to 20 minutes after their scheduled time, being seen on time qualifies as very good. Our treatment here was friendly, considerate, professional and reassuring.
I have been so pleased with the IHA family medicine and urgent care clinic in South Lyon. Their front desk staff is always so welcoming and helpful and I have gotten nothing but excellent care from the physicals, nursing staff and MAs. I was recently in Urgent care and had a great experience there with a PA who took the time to listen to my issues and explain eat treatment plans. I am so grateful to have this great clinic right here in my hometown of South Lyon.
Dedicated staff for our health needs as good as a hospital
My Nurse's aid was spectacular! Normally a Tetnus shot is very painful... but my shot was absolutely PAIN-FREE!! Incredible 😲 I am thinking her name was Alexus...
