The PA and MA that helped me were very caring, and the MA was very gentle when giving me my tetanus shot, so much so that I didn’t even feel the needle go in. She was also very gentle when wrapping a bandage on me.
Rude receptionist who was scheduled on a Sunday. Doctor didn’t even examine me, just talked fast and prescribed medications.
Great customer service
I was immediately called into the office for an Urgent care issue. The nurse took blood pressure with the more accurate cuff instead of the machine type that has read high for me in the past. This one agreed with my normal home readings. Dr Mahmoud explained the test results and sent in the antibiotic prescription for my urinary tract infection. Everyone in the office was nice, fast, and helpful. I strongly recommend the IHA urgent care at EMU.
Don't go here. Terrible staff, from front desk to physician assistants. Never again.
