Poorly trained staff, Rude and Disrespectful staff, and Threatening Staff! This placed turned away my little sister because she didn’t have an id card..whomever is running the counter/receptionist department needs to reevaluate their staff and train better. It is illegal to deny medical care or treatment to someone in need and being the facility they chose to seek care for. Absolutely disgusting-they will be getting a call from Trinity direct. This will forever be my favorite urgent care. The point that getting an appointment is the easiest thing ever, check in is always so pleasant. The young ladies at the check in desk are absolutely the sweetest. We had to bring our 3 year old in today and the nurses and doctor were amazing with her. I've never seen her be so calm in the doctors office. They were all just amazing. Will continue to be out Urgent Care if we have to go again.
Everyone was lovely and kind. Thank you for all you do. Nice and clean facilities as well.
I went in because I'd gotten sick at the end of November and have been struggling with a cough and congestion ever since, that no medication was touching in anyway. The staff are friendly and transparent. Dr. Barry seems highly educated and good at his job...although bedside manner is lacking. He essentially told me it was my fault I had pneumonia 😅 he also said "what I'd like you to do, is go home and be a bit more introspective and think of what you could have done to have caused this."
