Urgent care means urgent care. Not schedule an appointment and hopefully you can be seen before your so bad you need the ER. I had scheduled a visit for my son, only to realize that it was a virtual visit. When I contacted them, instead of helping, they said you need to do it the right way on the website. I do miss the not so long ago days, if going to an after hours or “urgent care” facility and within an hour or two you could be seen with some sort of remedy.
Fast, thorough and efficient. On My Chart so had my history already. All staff were friendly and helpful. The doctor took time to explain diagnosis. and provide a prescription to help with my virus. Offered to provide proof I was no longer contagious, if needed for work.
