I had a frustrating experience with this office due to their lack of understanding of how referrals work—especially with TRICARE. I was denied an appointment because they insisted on a “medical referral,” even though I already had a valid referral from my primary care provider, which under TRICARE functions as both the medical and insurance authorization. Easy to find & Good parking!
I was recommended to this location for my daughter by my primary care doctor. We went to the first visit and the doctor was nice enough, however he wanted to do bloodwork and he would call us with next steps. We drove from Dearborn to Ann Arbor for this, if they knew they wanted bloodwork first they could have put in an order for that and had the results when we got there.
