Easy to find & Good parking!
I was recommended to this location for my daughter by my primary care doctor. We went to the first visit and the doctor was nice enough, however he wanted to do bloodwork and he would call us with next steps. We drove from Dearborn to Ann Arbor for this, if they knew they wanted bloodwork first they could have put in an order for that and had the results when we got there. They are wonderful people there. Dr. Wise is a great doctor! He listens and answers all your questions. Nursing staff is so very nice.
They were recommended by my palminary doctor, who told me they'd call me within 24hrs. I waited a week for them to call to make an appointment. When I called them, I was told the doctors hadn't reviewed my chart yet to decide if they wanted me for a patient or not. I'm still waiting, it's been over 2 weeks now. Is this normal percedure for a rhematologist?
I wish I went somewhere else .... Serious lack of compassion at this location, or at least with who I was stuck with. They'll make you feel as if you're the problem on top of it....make sure to follow up because they will not and if something on their end goes wrong, it's not their responsibility... Definitely not a place I felt like a patient being taken care of or that the staff actually wants to help you feel better. Disappointing and disheartening.
