Waiting room staff and nurses were probably the only nice people I met. Dr. Carney was cold and ready to get the hell out of the room as fast as possible. On a side note, I was on a transfer from my insurance to my husband's. WHAT A NIGHTMARE! They have harnessed me for months on "payments" when I contacted everyone possible to and gave ALL needed information to get this figured out. No matter how many emails I've sent with proof that I have fully been covered and paid for they continue to threaten me with being sent to debt... read more
Extremely rude staff members at this location who complain and belittle other health care providers. I do not recommend seeing anyone at this practice with their professionalism and lack of medical knowledge if you want to be seen.
Dr. Carney and team are great -- first time I have stuck with a PCP provider beyond the first visit in 15 years. She listens, has care for patient point of view and has helped me navigate needed referrals (resulting in other awesome providers being added to my care team)
They have caring staff and friendly nurse practitioners.
