My husband and I have both been patients of Dr. Kevin Do, and unfortunately our experiences have been consistently frustrating. One of our biggest concerns is that appointments often feel very one-sided. Dr. Do frequently interrupts, speaks at length, and does not seem to allow patients enough opportunity to fully explain their symptoms, concerns, or questions. Over 1h waiting in that room alone seeing nobody. they don’t care about your time and just pile you up for their convenience.

Dr. Do is very efficient. He has bad time management and spends alot of time on his computer. He does answer all my questions but he follows a protocol instead of using his own deductive/ clinical reasoning. He is kind however, and wants to help his patients, it just seems like note taking is unfortunately all consuming. Probably necessary to get reimbursed. I really enjoy all the medical assistants and the office staff have been helpful in the past.

I am writing this review specifically about a recent patient experience in the Lake Orion office concerning the standard of care and courtesy provided to a neurodivergent mother and her six-year-old autistic child. Me and my daughter are AFRICAN AMERICAN ….. The failure was not one of simple logistics but of systemic equity and inclusion.
