I’ve been going to this facility for over 15 years and have had great experience with our medical care thus far. Nevertheless, the cleanliness of the facility has drastically declined in the last year. I’m not sure what smell they are trying to mask, but it’s disgustingly strong. The floors are gross and I had to wash my 3 year olds’ hands 4 times while waiting for the doctor to come into the room. I hope it improves soon or I’ll be changing.
I moved to MI (from Tx) and had been looking for a primary care provider in the area to take over my care- wellness visits, medications, etc. I liked that this facility was near by, but that is the only positive thing about the office. When I called to make my initial appointment, I explained I was new to the area and needed to find a provider to take over my care, and was not currently ill-just needed to establish care. Dr. Rice is an incredible doctor. She's compassionate, informative, and takes the time to make sure all my needs are addressed during my appointments. On occasion I have called the nurse line about an issue I'm having and Dr. Rice has called me back herself to check in on me. She truly cares about her patients and does a great job helping me manage my complex health needs.
Do not go here. I had to get an ultrasound done but when I gave them my insurance info they neglected to tell me that my insurance wasn’t in their network. And I was billed $1,045. Borderline illegal.
dr do is amazing but the staff specifically RENE IS HORRIBLE SHES RUDE A LIAR AND HAVE VERY HORRIBLE MANNERS. THEY NEED TO FIRE HER
