Absolutely horrific care. Make me call 6x for a medication refill and still not solved.
DO NOT GO HERE. They billed my student $284 for a work physical without telling her ahead of time. When I called the office to ask the price of physicals, they would not give me a straight answer saying that it depended on the person. Why should it matter who it is if it's for a simple work physical. If you have no choice but to go here (as many students without transportation might), make sure that you get all of your costs in writing first!

When you walk in no one greets you and it's not very welcoming and workers are very lazy I asked could they change the pharmacy that I was supposed to pick my medicine up from and she told me they close at 8:00pm and she don't know if she had time to do it then return back to IHA and wanted to ask why did I go to different pharmacies and no medicine for my sick daughter with flu need more guidance in more mature people working there
I never felt so comfortable ever with any doctor but Dr Lisa is different she's the best I can feel her amazing spirit all over me I thank you I love you Dr Lisa thank you for listening to me today you are the best 🫂💕
