Seeing Dr. Patel is always such a pleasure. I have never liked going to the doctor as much as I do as a pt of Dr. Patel. She is wonderful and so is the rest of the staff. Feeling really grateful.
I have been a patient at this practice for over 15 years and never experienced any issues until my most recent visit. Unfortunately, this visit completely changed my trust in this office. I scheduled a routine annual exam, but without any clear explanation, N. Patel changed the visit to a preventive care visit and billed it under a different code, resulting in higher charges to my insurance. This felt inappropriate and misleading. Be cautious when scheduling annual physicals at this hospital. I don't want to blame the entire IHA for the actions of a few individuals, but I have noticed a decline in quality and service recently. My wife was charged for services that she never received, and it will take you ages to reach out to right people to discuss on the billing.
I always have a great experience here with medical assistant Susan and Dr. Emily Cox. Would definitely recommend their team. Both are always very friendly, helpful, and flexible with anything I need.
