My wife is 84 years old. We've been going here for eighteen years every time I call when my wife is extremely sick. Can not get in the same day that you call it is a shame what is happening to our healthcare systems. Very frustrated. I am a patient person but my patience have worn thin
This place is so unorganized! Went out of my way to come to this clinic for my doctor, who has now left, and they can’t get appointments or information right. I was able to reschedule with a doctor who is no longer here, then finally told they left, had to last minute take an appointment with someone new only for them to not actually book it. Yet it’s my fault and there is nothing anyone can do.
Ivy B with referalls could use a refresher course in how to treat and speak to patients. Very brash person. She should also be aware patients can read their chart and the comments she enters into it.
Probably the fastest I’ve been in and out for something that extreme. I had a fish hook stuck in my finger and they were able to get it out. The staff is super kind especially because I did this right before they closed. 10/10
I am in considerable pain and was told could not get me in for 5 days. Have this issue every time I try to schedule appt. Pathetic how I am always treated.
