this review is being posted 4 years later for NP Paula Blankenship. If you are a victim of sexual abuse/assault Paula is very vigilant, sensitive, and compassionate. She is aware of signs of abuse, addresses them, and handles her services with you accordingly. I will always remember her kindness to me as a 20 year old who was seen as overdramatic, when I was very scared.

I can't speak highly enough of this practice. The receptionists, MAs, nurses, and physicians all really care about their patients and it shows. I've seen just about every physician here (This is my 3rd and final pregnancy so we've been rotated through just about everyone) and have only had a bad experience with one. During my first pregnancy here, they were aware I had suffered 2 losses prior and saw me early for extra assurance. When we saw the heartbeat the physician we were seeing (Dr. DePorre) cried with us. Incredibly rude receptionist from the moment she answered the phone. Absolutely zero customer service here, or any manners at all really. They do not listen to you, talk over you, interrupt you on the phone and just out right ignored questions I asked to talk over me. Very sad as a lot of people have a lot of anxiety surrounding doctors and making appointments, and some simply just didn’t have anyone show them and are trying to navigate doctors and insurance on their own. I rarely leave reviews, but as I wrap up my time here I wanted to give the staff a huge thank you. I’ve now had two pregnancies with this practice and truly have nothing but positive feedback to the entire office. The receptionists remember who you are and I was always greeted with a friendly welcome. Alyssa is fantastic, I’ve never seen that girl in a bad mood! If I could give zero stars, I would. Dr. Rebecca Tostige Ruthberg is dismissive, unhelpful, and negligent to the point of endangering her patients. I came to her with an ongoing breast issue, and she outright refused all of my requests for testing or further examination. Instead of doing her job—investigating concerns and ensuring proper care—she brushed me off completely and told me to go back to my primary doctor.
