Don't go in for anything simple with good insurance. Unnecessary visit, unnecessary CT scan that they haven't read the results for 5 business days because you're not a priority. The order was a simple brain shunt adjustment from a neurosurgeon at Mayo but I guess they think they know more. They finally, after a lot of static, read my CT scan today but zero follow up from neurology. I've had a lot of great experiences with Trinity ER and heart issues but this hasn't been one of them.
The expertise and professionalism and kindness of Dr. Thomas and Dr. Brodkey saved my live. They could not have been better. The office staff was awesome.
The office staff especially Wendy was rude and disrespectful . I was told to arrive 1/2 hour early for my appointment but was seen for 40 minutes after my appointment time. The PA was not prepared for the appointment even though I had X-rays and MRIs previously. I feel like I wasted several hours of my time which of course was irrelevant to them
