Phlebotomist didn’t show up for a job lab was closed after waiting for over a half hour. Receptionist was frantic and acted like sky was falling super unprofessional talking bad behind the glass like everyone in lobby couldn’t hear it. Smh.
Rude staff , would rather socialize instead of greeting or checking patients in upon arrival
I did Xray on Friday, but results were not ready on the next Tuesday. When I finally got the results “on the phone”, the front desk would not fax or email the results to my doctor. She asked me to pick up the copy of the results. I should have gone to other places for a better service.
