Lab wait times are negligible. Ive had ultrasounds performed here and the results had gotten back to my doctor and to me before I had even made it in my driveway.

I never write any reviews but I just had to for Trinity Health. I had imaging done early early in the morning on 4/7/26 and did not receive my results until 11 PM on 4/10/26. The amount of time it takes for Trinity Health to provide results is both scary and ridiculous. Patients care are delayed when you do not provide results in a timely manner which it does not seem like they understand when it takes more than 72 hours for a 10 min imaging procedure to be read and give impressions. Phlebotomist didn’t show up for a job lab was closed after waiting for over a half hour. Receptionist was frantic and acted like sky was falling super unprofessional talking bad behind the glass like everyone in lobby couldn’t hear it. Smh.

Rude staff , would rather socialize instead of greeting or checking patients in upon arrival

I did Xray on Friday, but results were not ready on the next Tuesday. When I finally got the results “on the phone”, the front desk would not fax or email the results to my doctor. She asked me to pick up the copy of the results. I should have gone to other places for a better service.
