Stupidest hospital I have ever been too… Make someone wait 8+ hours for a simple IV…. We left and went to walk in clinic as it was opening. I can not believe they are legally allowed to operate this way. Staff is rude and will claim your hostile if you ask very politely how long the wait! And yes I have on recording myself very calmly and politely asking and the receptionist saying I’m being hostile and threatened to call the cops… to which I replied with please do, as it’s a felony to make a false police report. I wish I would have read the reviews before we came here. We would have drove to Garrison or Bismarck. So far we're at about 4 hours waiting to see a doctor for a UTI. All we need is some antibiotics, but at 7pm on a Saturday, the emergency room is your only choice in this godforsaken town. Trinity, how many terrible reviews about the waiting and short staff do you need to see before you actually do something?
Worst hospital i have ever been to !! This place is a joke 12 hours waiting in the waiting room???? Ridiculous
Waited six hours to not even get a doctor. Note half the nurses during shift change were just sitting chit chatting in the hallway!! This outrageous, disrespectful, and pathetic!! I hope no one goes in with an actual life threatening injury they won’t help you!!
