It deserves 0 stars.The standards are in the ground. The front desk people are the only kind people in this hospital. The female doctor, was so rude and bratty. It was like talking to a child in control of your medical well being. They dont listen to the patient at all. Possibly the worse doctor I've ever had to deal with. And I've had tons. Unprofessional, and she was having an attitude so she decided not to bring me the wheel chair they took out of my room, and didnt give a nurse or anyone to wheel me out to the car. After a car accident they failed to diagnose multiple broken bones and repeatedly told me to not “baby the pain” when I tried to explain what areas were in pain and clearly injured.

Stupidest hospital I have ever been too… Make someone wait 8+ hours for a simple IV…. We left and went to walk in clinic as it was opening. I can not believe they are legally allowed to operate this way. Staff is rude and will claim your hostile if you ask very politely how long the wait! And yes I have on recording myself very calmly and politely asking and the receptionist saying I’m being hostile and threatened to call the cops… to which I replied with please do, as it’s a felony to make a false police report. I wish I would have read the reviews before we came here. We would have drove to Garrison or Bismarck. So far we're at about 4 hours waiting to see a doctor for a UTI. All we need is some antibiotics, but at 7pm on a Saturday, the emergency room is your only choice in this godforsaken town. Trinity, how many terrible reviews about the waiting and short staff do you need to see before you actually do something?
