Trinity Health Coaching takes the complicated subject of diet and gives you simple but complete explanation and training. The coaches are very well educated and eager to help their clients. I have been learning from them for a few weeks and I’m seeing results!!!!
I thoroughly enjoyed the Trinity Health Coaching cooking classes! Bob and Vicky teach participants how to use alternatives for common ingredients, cooking tips, and give lifestyle suggestions for creating a healthier you. At the end of the demonstration everyone enjoys a gourmet meal that you've just learned how and watched being prepared before you...and you realize that they're not that hard and you don't have to miss out on your favorite recipes! Yummy!
