This is based on scheduling (or lack of) at the Trinity Health Cancer Center, Ypsilanti. I have a time-sensitive set of iron infusions that need to be scheduled before I move from the area, but they won't call me to schedule. I've been waiting a week. Hoping to move things along, I got their scheduling number from someone in the lab but the schedulers don't answer the phone. It just goes to voicemail, which they ignore. This review is solely based on my experience with the billing and scheduling. I do want to mention the nurse I saw for both iron infusions was amazing. I don’t remember his name, but he was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. My OB gave a referral to the infusion clinic due to having pregnancy induced anemia. The lead infusion scheduler Janette called to set up the appointments. Before scheduling with them I asked if these infusions were covered under my insurance to avoid any large bills. UPSET BEYOND BELIEF with the manner in which they are treating my loved one with cancer. There have been numerous mishaps and they are under- staffed, unprofessional, and the team of doctors could care less. Medical negligence at its finest.
