Trinity Generators & Electrical have serviced our generator for several years. They have consistently provided the level of service, routine and as needed. I want to commend all their field technicians, who have been prompt, polite, and customer focused. The most recent service visit on June 17, 2025 was by James. Complete rip-off. The most expensive provider you’ll come across, and arrogant on top of it.
The gentleman who came to service by generator from Trinity was very friendly, professional and explained everything he was doing. I was very pleased with the service I received from Trinity Generators.
I would not hire this company if they do the work for free. The “technician” came and did the oil change and replaced the battery. When we had a power outage my generator didn’t run, so I called Trinity to come out and fix the problem which they have been doing the maintenance on my generator for several years. The technician asked me if I knew who worked on the generator, I said to him was the short guy and he said that’s my brother. techs were complete clueless...Called Renk Generators and they figured out why our home generator was running sluggish within 10 seconds (too much oil) of getting to our house and it resolved in 45 min. Trinity wanted to blame the propane company or "maybe it is too cold". Renk was fantastic.
