Horrible communication and customer service. Charged for service not requested and they refused to honor. There are better options out there for generator service.
Last Monday, Nov. 3, I had some major surgery done on my GENERAC generator. It was time for "Super Maintenance" and your service man did a SUPER job! His name is Joe and he did a great job servicing my machine. He arrived on time and went right to work. He changed the oil and oil filter, put in a new battery, adjusted the valves, put in a new air filter, and even cleaned the top of the generator. Trinity Generators & Electrical have serviced our generator for several years. They have consistently provided the level of service, routine and as needed. I want to commend all their field technicians, who have been prompt, polite, and customer focused. The most recent service visit on June 17, 2025 was by James.
