The entire process—from the initial property showing to signing the lease—was smooth, well-organized, and professional. Office admin Lisa was friendly, responsive, and always available to answer my questions, making the leasing process stress-free.....
Management team is horrible and very disrespectful. For easy issues, they take weeks. Sales staff is super helpful but once you move in, the quality of maintenance is bad. People are rude, unnecessary drama and the quality keeps going down.
