Amazing atmosphere with amazing people! Everyone is so kind and helpful. All workouts can be modified. If you haven't gone, you need to!
If you are looking for a gym that offers classes at multiple times throughout the day check out Trinity Fitness! The trainers, Suzy Ana Daniel are knowledgeable. They are able to work with people at ALL skill levels. The people at TF are great! Check it out!
Day 1 and I had my tail kicked!!! It was an AWESOME experience and cannot wait to continue this journey!! Thanks Suzy!!
