Trinity Fitness is a very friendly faith based community gym. I have had the opportunity to grow closer to the Lord there as well as grow in strength through fitness routines known as “battles”. The trainers are very knowledgeable and care about each person in class. Making sure that that people understand the workout plan and are using correct posture as well as modifying the movements to keep from hurting yourself. The amazing thing about this gym is the community! The relationships that are built are what makes it different. A place where a trainer is encouraging you while focusing on keeping you motivated. Come join us!
Trinity Fitness Fleming Island is a place where “kids can be kids” old and young. I live family friendly battles but also the higher intensity workouts as well. For 8 years now, this gym has consistently supported me in my faith and has met me where i am physically, mentally, and even financially with a heart to grow. TFFI is well balanced and is recommended with our highest regard.
This gym is more than a gym. I’ve been here a few years now and it’s become more like family. All of the workouts are catered to you whether you’re in great shape or not so much, whether you’re young or old, etc. It’s a Christian, faith-based gym with a goal of making everyone stronger not just physically, but mentally and spiritually as well!
