I wish I could leave zero stars, but one star is the lowest rating possible. We bought our fireplaces from them and paid extra for remote/app WiFi adapters which never worked properly and after many calls and emails to Lisa, They never replaced those or refunded our money as we requested and she stopped responding our emails. I left it alone because it's not worth my time, but I would not recommend ever buying from these people again, or dealing with them in the future

Trinity installed my fireplace in my home when I built it. I called for service and they have no showed twice. This has completely inconvenienced me and I will find another company. My builder, Larry Stewart, no longer uses Trinity due to their poor service.
While driving one of the workers, in a work truck rode inches behind me, made several illegal lane changes, speeding , and ran a red light. Be safer.
Their warranty show that the fireplace will last 10-15 years. This is false! We have used ours for 2 years now and it is TRASH. This fireplace was made using the cheapest materials! I have no clue what type of material the faux logs are, but it’s not ceramic. The unit pumps out some decent heat, but it’s really difficult to clean. The Little Rock’s get down into the unit and are extremely difficult to get out. We have a guy coming on Monday to check it out, and they are saying minimum $275.
