They (incorrectly) told me that my insurance would be accepted when I switched. I asked twice to make sure, reiterating all the details needed. Turns out, they were looking at the wrong plan, and I ended up paying $100 for a 5-minute virtual visit. I asked if I could pay just a little less since it was 5 minutes, online, and their mistake. Do not go if you need an annual women’s health check or if you have trouble with blood work (e.g., hard-to-find veins). They claim to offer women’s health online (I booked via ZocDoc) and on their window sign, but when I arrived, all I was offered was a Pap smear. When I told the nurse, “No, I’m under 21; I’m here for an annual women’s health visit,” she apparently took that as a regular yearly physical. I visited Trinity Family Practice for a pre-surgery authorization. It was my first visit to Trinity. Dr. Blessy conducted my evaluation. From as soon as I entered, staff was welcoming, friendly, and efficient. Dr. Blessy was lovely! She asked all the right questions, was thorough and the appointment didn't take very long.
