Front desk straight up lied to me. There seems to be a severe knowledge gap between what the front desk receptionist says and what they really do. I had an appointment. There was a severe thunderstorm with a warning out. I called them beforehand and clearly asked telling them there's a weather alert, it was too dangerous to drive and whether they were willing to waive off the no show fee or would I have to make the drive. Not even 1 star. Absolute worst experience. Completely inexperienced staff and totally incorrect results. Zero professionalism. Please avoid this clinic at all costs!
