I love Dr Lawrence. She spends as much time with me as needed. No rush. I don’t mind any wait as I know I will not be hustled out the door. She has taken very good care of me and my sister’s family as well as our friends. I can’t say enough good things about her.
I've been a patient here for over 20 years even when Dr Bryant ran this location. I even continued to go here after moving to Greenville 6 years ago. Here I am on my 4th week of waiting for a referral for a x ray. I was also over medicated recently and it sent me to the ER with rapid heart rates. I have now decided to change to a Dr in Greenville. It is really sad that it has come to this.
Dr. Lawrence and her staff are wonderful. It may have taken a little while to get the right combination of staff since they opened. However, I've been extremely happy with my visits. Dr. Lawrence truly seems to want to help and is genuinely concerned. She is very thorough. I never have to wait long as they do not over book and my phone calls are answered promptly. This practice NEVER calls back. The emergency person then proceeded to tell me that she couldn’t and wouldn’t help me because I haven’t been there in a while even tho I have the policy and was advised by my attorney to do so. She then told me she’ll discharge me from their practice. Great professionalism and more reason why I didn’t bother to keep going back. 3 years ago they were had more empathy etc. since they had a changeover-don’t bother. You’ll get worse waiting for them
When I try to phone them it doesn't ring, it just waits a few seconds and disconnects. I just want to know my lab results. Please.
