Dr. Lawrence and her staff are wonderful. It may have taken a little while to get the right combination of staff since they opened. However, I've been extremely happy with my visits. Dr. Lawrence truly seems to want to help and is genuinely concerned. She is very thorough. I never have to wait long as they do not over book and my phone calls are answered promptly. This practice NEVER calls back. The emergency person then proceeded to tell me that she couldn’t and wouldn’t help me because I haven’t been there in a while even tho I have the policy and was advised by my attorney to do so. She then told me she’ll discharge me from their practice. Great professionalism and more reason why I didn’t bother to keep going back. 3 years ago they were had more empathy etc. since they had a changeover-don’t bother. You’ll get worse waiting for them
When I try to phone them it doesn't ring, it just waits a few seconds and disconnects. I just want to know my lab results. Please.
I dropped my new patient form second week of Jan and the lady at the reception told me I would be called that week on Friday been waiting till then. I wonder what happened to the paperwork? It’s sad to wait with no feedback.
Always going above and beyond to take care of you, not the hurry up and get you out the door that you expect from most doctors' offices . Can't say enough about the service and care they put into making sure their patients' needs are met.
