Chad and his office have always been so welcoming and kind to my family and I. He is such an amazing listener and makes me feel heard. He understands and his willingness to take the time to talk things through is like no other doctor I have ever had. Past doctor's Ive always felt like they felt because they were the doctor that they knew best and I just had to listen and do what's I was told. The lady upfront is very rude saying you can only get one prescription and if you want refills we charge extra, when we were there is see the doctor. This lady is rude each time this will be the last visit because of her!
Chad and the staff at Trinity treat their patients with empathy and respect. The nurses and secretarial staff are always friendly, customer service is top notch and the wait time is minimal. I always recommend them to anyone I know looking for health care in the area.
