Melissa just took our money & doesn’t even have access to the building anymore. We booked in December paid in FULL for my shower in February. She failed to mention she was going through a “legal dispute with management” until 2 weeks before my event. We found out she has been had this problem since December. She was ignoring our calls / text / emails and only replied once I finally got ahold of Southern Elegance which is the management. I own a soft play and bounce house business. I provided services for this venue and they have not paid me. I’m owed more than $1,200. She is telling me that her venue has had a hostile take over which has nothing to do with me.

We booked our venue in July for our wedding in December. Long story short Melissa had horrible communication issues. We explained more than once that we’d like to make sure we had all the same color chairs, lien as well. Melissa dropped the ball on the lien they were damp apparently water got into the bucket where the lien was. We had clear and white chairs …. That we had to pay for.
