They installed A unit in my parents trailer in PEI through the Heat Pump Program. My father is in Palliative care in this unit and the Heat Pump has not worked s probably all summer. Endless calls and a tech shows up and resets breaker. Great worked for a day of two. Again Endless calls to get a tech to show up. Yes I can be rude under duress. Honestly this group is wonderful. I got my basment spray foamed the other day and new insulation in the attec! I was amazed on how nice everyone who came was, they explained everything to me and was very courteous! They swept up after themselves(iv never seen that before) and even put down walking mats to not make the floor muddy! and did the job perfect. Truly such a great team and people. Definitely recommend!!
