Just the facts: Purchased a heat pump from Trintiy. Called on January 21 to inquire about purchasing a spare filter. Person I spoke with was helpful and friendly. She said she would order and contact me when it arrived. I called again on March 12 to follow up and talked with an Ashley. She was “not” friendly but said she would order the filter and gave me a quote. I called again a month later and left a message. No response. Incredibly bad experience. Updated January 29 2026 I have never been to your store but friends were coming for the new location and wanted to get new light bulbs that stay on in power outages. Well we all got some and I got three as makes a nice gift. Also rained windshield defrost spray. What a great place. I found out I could bring my extinguisher to be recharged. What a good shop. They installed A unit in my parents trailer in PEI through the Heat Pump Program. My father is in Palliative care in this unit and the Heat Pump has not worked s probably all summer. Endless calls and a tech shows up and resets breaker. Great worked for a day of two. Again Endless calls to get a tech to show up. Yes I can be rude under duress.
