I hate the dentist and I'm terrified of needles and drills. I received a root canal as a referral from my regular dentist to Trinity EndoGroup. The staff made me feel so comfortable and they were beyond friendly. Dr. Crawford sat down and explained the entire procedure and answered all of my questions ( and trust me, I had many). They even allowed my husband to hold my hand while I received my injections ( I think he could see how scared and nervous I was). Their BBB rating is a C- because they enjoy hurting people.Ruined my face, and left me in severe anguish,pain,and long term suffering for 8 months.Had to go to hospital 3 times and have another doctor fix the damage they did. They enjoy torturing and hurting people. Don’t go here.
The staff laughed at me when I was in pain. Would not stop when I told them to stop. I was tortured, overcharged, and suffered for months after. Stay away from this place! I am still on pain meds after 7 months and ice packs. Don’t let them hurt you like they hurt me!
All good reviews are made by staff of trinity endogroup employees. They have to post fake reviews to get more victims. I use to work for them and I was told to post these positive reviews. These people have ruined many lives because of those fake reviews. Im sorry.
This place is a nightmare! The tools are not clean, there is fluid stains on walls and lights. They use reusable syringes ( syringes with a needle that has been used on every patient that comes in)from the 1960’s. The pain and suffering that these pretend “doctors” put me in should put them in jail. I had severe infection that nearly killed me. I was in the hospital for three weeks. I am still in pain after three months.
