Trinity will deny your car service if you answer their service questionnaire honestly. They don't want constructive criticism. Consider this your warning. I bought my last jeep from Trinity based on a friend's referral. No more. I'm going back to Landmark. Best of luck to everyone.
My car has been at this shop for weeks without getting looked at even though I had an appointment 3 weeks ago, The GM Todd is unprofessional and there service department is also very unprofessional, basically got told they won’t work on my car because it has to many issue, even though they are dodge technician and should have no issue working on it, also apparently I’ve been calling to much to check up on my car (I use this car to get back and forth to work so I called everyday to see the progress that’s been done which has ... read more
I had an appointment on 2/8/25 and my challenger has been sitting out side the shop since then, it is now 2/24/25 and they still have not gotten my car into the shop, I gave them a call today to see what was going on with it and they told me to take my car somewhere else that they are refusing to work on it, I 100% do not recommend them for there service shop. I’m not sure if they are under qualified or what is going on, not happy with this shop at all and wouldn’t want anyone else going through this
