Everyone at Trinity was cordial and took time with us to explain and answer all our questions. Pistol was very knowledgeable and informing about the car. Buying our new car from them was a very satisfying experience.
Staff was previously friendly until today and they can usually get me in quickly without wait (now I know why) that is the only reason they get two stars instead of 0 or 1. I purchased a used Jeep a year ago from marketplace. Took it to them to do an oil change because they stated they did an inspection with oil change. They gave me a list of items they claimed needed fixed. Later learned a few of the things were fine and should not have needed fixed.
