This group was highly recommended by my husband's Medicare insurance agent. Since then I have became a patient. It seems like evrytime I get someone I can trust there, they leave the practice. Since becoming a patient there they have lost all of the nurse practitioners and an excellent doctor because Dr. Bogle has now left. Called three times today and couldn’t get through. My insurance company tried also and on third attempt finally was able to speak to someone.
Trust the reviews on Google, at first I thought I had finally found a good doctor but in the end you just learn that they actually don't care about you. When I asked for my FMLA paperwork to be filled out I was given dirty look and no response. Then I learned I had to pay $45 just to have the forms filled out, and then the following day I received a call telling me that my doctor was unwilling to fill my forms out. It is beyond difficult to get in contact with the office or the providers. Today alone I’ve called 14 times to try to reschedule my appointment and no answer from the office. This is the third day of me calling multiple times and no answer despite trying all of the phone extensions. The app is a joke and doesn’t allow you to specify what type of message you want to send - only options are for referral requests and lab request. Been a patient here for the last 3 years, disappointed why every time i need medication filled there is always an issue( I went for a physical 30 days ago.) . If a patient is seeing you routinely every 5-8 months, it should be a hassle. I understand policies, but come on.... seems like this practice wants a new copay every time. Better off going to a walkin clinic.
