Incredibly frustrating experience just trying to schedule a first appointment. After being referred by my ortho doc, I was told they might take my insurance—but I needed to personally call my provider, confirm the doctor is in-network, and obtain their tax ID before they would even book me. That’s not a normal or reasonable expectation for a patient. The process felt disorganized and unnecessarily complicated requiring a callback and more. Definitely not the level of professionalism I expected from a provider.
5 years ago when I first went here it was great. Dr Ibraham really explained everything and after that I always saw the NPs. Everytime I got to really know one, they were gone. Appts take 2+ hours sometimes; no respect for a patients time. Final straw was when I was having a reaction to a med i was told i had to take. It took multiple calls, messages and almost 2 weeks before I was finally told "just take it every other day instead". Thank God it wasn't a life threatening reaction; although they didn't even ask. Disrespectful and arrogant
I have waited two weeks to write this review- I wanted to calm down after I wrote it. I have been a patient for a very long time. I have seen many workers come and go with him and I always found it odd. He always listened to me. I always felt like I told him how I was feeling and there would be heart in his response, and a game plan. This last appointment. He was cold and down right nasty.
