5 years ago when I first went here it was great. Dr Ibraham really explained everything and after that I always saw the NPs. Everytime I got to really know one, they were gone. Appts take 2+ hours sometimes; no respect for a patients time. Final straw was when I was having a reaction to a med i was told i had to take. It took multiple calls, messages and almost 2 weeks before I was finally told "just take it every other day instead". Thank God it wasn't a life threatening reaction; although they didn't even ask. Disrespectful and arrogant
I have waited two weeks to write this review- I wanted to calm down after I wrote it. I have been a patient for a very long time. I have seen many workers come and go with him and I always found it odd. He always listened to me. I always felt like I told him how I was feeling and there would be heart in his response, and a game plan. This last appointment. He was cold and down right nasty. I've been seeing Dr. Ibrahim for several years now, primarily for HRT care, and I can't recommend him highly enough. He is incredibly attentive and always takes the time to explain everything in great detail. Dr. Ibrahim really helps you feel informed and confident in your care. He never rushes appointments and truly makes you feel heard and cared for. If you're looking for a doctor who truly understands HRT and treats you with respect and attentiveness, Dr. Ibrahim is the one to see.
I was a patient there for almost 2 1/2 years. Tried to make an appointment recently left four messages. No return call. It’s been about three weeks so I found a new doctor way better. Also, they go through doctors and PAs like underwear. They can’t keep employees. Avoid at all cost!
