Trinity is great - they are very organized (hard to find in contractors!), professional, communicative, and understanding. We worked with Jody, Tim, and Lee on the design of a sunroom and bathroom remodel. While we ultimately decided not to proceed with the execution of the project at this time, we will certainly return to them with any future house projects.

Trinity Design/Build helped us build an accessory dwelling unit (ADU) on the property of our primary residence in Durham. We did not use Trinity’s designers, only their construction services. The work included the demolition of a detached carport and the construction of a garage with a studio apartment above. We engaged with Trinity for both design and build services. We loved our 1920s downtown Durham bungalow, but our growing family needed more space. We worked with Jody Brown on the design piece and we landed on an option that would preserve our limited yard space while nearly doubling the size of our home.
