We engaged with Trinity for both design and build services. We loved our 1920s downtown Durham bungalow, but our growing family needed more space. We worked with Jody Brown on the design piece and we landed on an option that would preserve our limited yard space while nearly doubling the size of our home. Working with Jody Brown on the design piece, we were able to land at an option that would preserve our limited yard space while nearly doubling the size of our home. The only catch - this required fully removing the roof to add a second level. We also asked Trinity to preserve much of the first floor, including our beloved heart pine floors. Not an easy task! But to say we ... read more

Trinity Design Build did a beautiful job with a major renovation of our 1940s mill house, adding a second floor and renovating about 700 square feet of our downstairs. Despite these major changes, the house still fits into the character of the neighborhood, which was really important to us. The house is stunning, inside and out.
