My dentist was amazing, very detailed when it came down to explaining treatment, also the staff was amazing, very helpful and super friendly and nice! Definitely recommend this location.
I’ve always had a positive experience at Trinity Dental. The staff is friendly, and the overall service is great every time I visit. The only thing I would suggest is getting my teeth numbed before the cleaning, as it can be a bit painful. The doctor did mention that they can do this for me next time, which I really appreciate. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend them!
Poor experience. My visit was defined by significant service failures and, more alarmingly, racially biased treatment that is unacceptable in a professional healthcare setting. While we arrived at 11:52 AM for a 12:30 PM appointment, we were not brought to a patient room until 12:42 PM and subsequently left unattended in that room for an additional 45 minutes. I had a wonderful experience! The staff (Candy, Lorena) and the dental assistant (Ruben) are always warm, professional and welcoming. I was extremely worry about a Crown that popped off. They were able to see me right away. Dr Nguyen is a skilled, patient and caring dentist, took the time to explain my treatment plan with a wonderful bedside manner. I highly recommend this business.
