I was very satisfied with you, everything.
The first dentist that didn't make my kids feel bad about their teeth. We all know we could do better brushing and flossing. But they took the time to encourage them to do better with our shaming or belittling. Because of that my kids said they had a great experience. Thank you to the whole team for making them feel safe and showed them that a dental cleaning can be fun, not scary.
Everyone treated me like family!!! Can't get better than that.
I used to always tell everyone about Trinity Dental. Until I started to notice how they were treating my son. Every time I went in to get him treated I had to remind them he fell out of a tree and which teeth and about the stint we had to go to Baytown to get. Then when we finally thought we would be getting them fixed. The dentist went on vacation which is cool whatever. But the dentist that came in while she was gone was so rude.
