Thanks Oliver for your patience whilst I worked out what I needed in a bike. You also helped me to work out how to transport the bike once I purchased it. Being a “novice bike rider” you explained everything clearly, delivered it to my house and again went through everything again. I now feel confident to enjoy my new E Bike.

Travelling with my disabled friend and decided to walk from the cruise terminal to main shopping district when her wheelchair collapsed on her. We limped to the bike shop up ahead where Oliver moved heaven and earth to find the right nut and bolts to fix it for us on the spot.
