About a month ago, I bought a second-hand bicycle through Marketplace. Recently, the rear tire wouldn’t inflate at all, even with a pump, so I brought it in for what I thought was a flat tire. It turned out that the tube wasn’t actually punctured — it just wasn’t the right size for the bike. They quickly replaced it, and now it works perfectly. Really first-rate experience, I wheeled my bike in with a flat tyre and was met with exceptional service. The owner checked the tube and tyre, replaced the former and removed shards from the tyre, and while there he greased the chain, suggested and performed a seat raise and demonstrated the results of using various products to maintain the bike.
