Ollie guided me through the buying process for a new bike and spent considerable time ensuring it was set up perfectly ready to ride. Very happy with the service received.
My husband has a wheelchair, we flew up from NSW and are staying close by to Trinity Cycle Works. My husband's wheelchair tyres were flat from the flight. I called Trinity cycles to see if the tyres could be inflated and Oliver said it was no trouble at all. I wheeled the wheelchair into store and Oliver not only inflated the tyres, but shared his expertise, he is so knowledgeable as well as understanding and kind. Highly recommend this service!! Thank you!!
Great customer service, friendly and takes the time to show and explain parts and recommendations. Bicycles sold and serviced here and spare parts and accessories are available.
The manager is extremely disrespectful. I came in for a repair and instead of a simple “hello,” I was immediately told, “I don’t cool the outside.” Confused, I asked him to repeat, and he did—twice—before finally pointing at the door, which I hadn’t noticed was left open (since most shop doors close automatically). Thanks Oliver for your patience whilst I worked out what I needed in a bike. You also helped me to work out how to transport the bike once I purchased it. Being a “novice bike rider” you explained everything clearly, delivered it to my house and again went through everything again. I now feel confident to enjoy my new E Bike.
