Outstanding service from Oliver at Trinity Cycle Works. I arrived in Cairns to discover the cable to my rear derailleur had been damaged in transit. Despite being in the middle of stocktake, Oliver took the time to fit me in, replace the cable, and even sort out a couple of other small issues he noticed. Without his help, the cycling part of my trip simply wouldn't have happened. He also gave me some excellent local advice on safely riding Copperlode, which was greatly appreciated.
