I would say Trinity is a lot better than Country homes and David Weekly. However, they still have some work to do. Why would a builder put a countertop on the second floor without an overflow drain in case a person forgot to turn the water off while the drain plug is closed? Water goes on the floor through the floor joist and ceiling sheetrock on the first level ending up with an entire flooded house. One last thing, watch for a house built on fill dirt sloped lots. I went to Lakes of River Trails to try and look for a new home within operating hours, and although the model open sign was out, we were notified by a resident that they had already seen the sales associate leave for the day. We understood as it was about 50 minutes until they closed on a Sunday, and so we decided to check with the other builders and were going to come back. Trinity Custom has been extremely responsive while my clients are working on getting one of their properties under contract. Communication is so important in this market and I'm excited to work with them on this purchase!!
