Scammers did some work for them and haven't paid and taken my calls since on a 8k full landscape job
We found a lot in the Covington Creek subdivision off San Pablo Road. Met several times with Trinity Construction and Investment, who owned the lot. Put down money for the lot and settled on plans to build our home. We emphasized that we would only be willing to pay a set amount per square foot. Prior to closing the price jumped up from $130 to $170 per square foot; with no assurance the price would not go up again. Backed out.
