I too have nothing to say but good about Trinity Computers... they have always been kind and courteous and knowledgeable with what they do... my dad the Rev. Charles King has used them again and again over the years and always great service and reasonable prices... like barbies big sister said they are a gem in this day of outrageous repair bills and attitude... great job josh and kevin keep up the great work... :))

I would rate this business a 4 out of 5. The technician is knowledgeable and the prices are very fair. I've had my computer repaired here and have also purchased a good used laptop from them, They are honest and trustworthy. My only gripe is the waiting time for repairs and lack of communication. They had my laptop for well over a week and never called me. Then I sent my husband down there to check on it and it was done but they had never asked me for an approval on repair charges. Cleveland's absolute hidden gem! Ladies LOOK! – I have used this company since the purchase of my first desktop in 2003 "THAT MOOCOW CRAP". I am not from the area and a transplant from the west coast. This company has ALWAYS treated me with the utmost respect, honesty, and have been charged LESS than quoted by this company many times!
