The second dentist at Trinity Community Care did not follow the treatment plan of the examining dentist. The second dentist and hygienist used dental tools aggressively and with questioned purpose. The hygienist forcefully hit a tooth that was not being worked on and caused sharp pain. After telling the dentist and hygienist about their questionable performance, their intent was questionable as the dentist continued work when i wasnt ready after the hygienist was using force with the dental tools. As a last resort option, this place provides a truly noble service, which makes its shortcomings feel all the more unfortunate. Patients are gently reminded throughout their experience that the care provided is what it is. UPDATE; THE PROCEDURE THEY DID WAS USELESS THEY NOT ONLY TRAPPED SOMETHING IN THE TOOTH THEY DRILLED INTO AND SEALED (CAUSING ROT) BUT ALSO LEFT ANOTHER TOOTH UNCARED FOR AND NOW THE TOOTH HAS FULLY CRACKED AND A DENTIST THAT ACTUALLY CARES POINTED OUT THAT NOW I WILL NEED A ROOT CANAL. I saw how they treated my friend, and it’s straight-up disgraceful. This place is the absolute pits. They treat you like you’re begging for scraps. The work by an experienced doctor teaching students was sloppy (overuse of filling leaving visible bulges), rushed (was not smoothed and was done quickly), and at every turn, they make you feel like you’re the problem.
