I saw how they treated my friend, and it’s straight-up disgraceful. This place is the absolute pits. They treat you like you’re begging for scraps. The work by an experienced doctor teaching students was sloppy (overuse of filling leaving visible bulges), rushed (was not smoothed and was done quickly), and at every turn, they make you feel like you’re the problem. As a last resort option, this place provides a truly noble service, which makes its shortcomings feel all the more unfortunate. Patients are gently reminded throughout their experience that the care provided is what it is. Was very strange that they called me the Thursday before my appointment (that sunday) and only gave me a short time to verify I would be able to make it. They then cancelled when I reached out to my ride and didn't hear back from my ride within 4 hours despite calling them back and telling them the ride would be stable. A person planned and took the day off a month in advanced.
