Refused to see me because the appointment was for an injury from a car accident . The second time I’ve had issues with this facility . Wouldn’t suggest it to anyone !!
I was met with rudeness and disrespect! The receptionist has to be coaxed into doing something as simple as her own job. I find it hard to believe that someone in her position can think so highly of herself!

Called to make an appointment for dizziness and severe nausea and instead of an appointment I got absolute unprofessionalism and disrespect. They asked for EVERYTHING including a social security number which is usually not asked for until the appointment.... Nothing but attitude and in a very dire situation. NOT RECOMMENDED, HOWEVER I NEVER MADE IT TO THE SCHEDULING OF AN APPOINTMENT. Called 2 separate times 8 hours within each other, still could not get an appointment.
