They do a great job telling what the are doing and why. When issues are found, they explain the options. They kept me informed and offered options. Good job!

Update: The service tech got back with us and delivered the part. Had them come out to fix our unit. Charged us for the piece and the service call. Salesman put in claim on warranty and kept piece and $. Now he won’t call us back or deliver the piece or refund. Have called multiple times but he never shows up.
Always friendly, they do what they say they will do! Pleased with overall consistency of company. Would recommend to friends to use Trinity!
