Absolutely the worst buying experience! False promises lack of communication and to top it off they stole nearly $13000 of our hard earned money after they couldn’t finance us without doing some crooked co-sign options we had no choice but to back out. Started out great we were super excited doing all the selections and really feeling like this is the forever home. Do not use this builder!! They take over a year to build a home. They build shady, we had a crooked frame, doors that had been wet, items placed wrong, the list is too long to write. They won’t give you a finish date, we were so patient through the whole process. We ended up not being able to get financing for the home and had to back out and they kept our deposit. After they decide to keep your money, then they no longer respond. DO NOT USE THEM!!!
If I could give them a zero I would. Trinity builds beautiful homes which lures you in, but at some point they have seemed to change hands and are now masquerading as a ‘christian’ company. I don’t know if they partnered with Riverside homes and that is where the cheap workmanship came into play, but after less than a year in the home everything seemed to fall apart. I am a local Realtor in Weatherford Texas. I just recently closed on a deal where my team and I represented the buyer that was buying a new Trinity Home farmhouse. The whole experience working with this builder was exceptional to say the least. They were super responsive, always willing to keep buyers happy, us as agents informed, and the best part, they offer an amazing product and with a very competitive home-warranty. Workmanship is subpar to say the least. Spent months after closing fighting to finish walkthrough items and results were shotty or still not complete to this day. During building process, asked to speak to owner multiple times and company avoided. They just sent out the Forman that was good at giving excuses or feeding lies to avoid responsibility.
