If it weren't for Nicole Taylor, my midwife, I would not go back here. Every time I call, it seems like I am a huge burden to whomever answers the phone. That's the same for when I go in for any appointment. No one smiles, no one asks you how you are. They sit around like bumps on logs with frowns on their faces and no personality. It's so frustrating. I shouldn't feel guilty for calling my doctor's office just to make an appointment or just for showing up to my appointment! I loved having Julie as my primary cnm. I felt like I had someone on my side who would gladly advacate for what I wanted and who guinea cared about me, and more than just what the chart said.

Couple appointment visits been going to.Had to wait 1 1\2-2hours to be seen by the doctor. Once doctor sees you.Only spend between 5-7minutes with you and there done.Also lab service is very slow.Been waiting for a month now for lab results.

My original appt was rescheduled without my input to a day that didn't work for me so I called back to reschedule for another day. After writing down the info for this new appt I showed up on that day 30 mins early just to be told my appt was never actually rescheduled in the computer and there was nothing they could do. Wasted my time and gas. If they can't even schedule appts right I don't trust them with anything medically relevant.

The reception is great, but the nurses are slow, have attitude, and make you feel uncomfortable. My midwife couldn't even remember me, or took an interest in my pregnancy. I am highly displeased with this institute.
