Mandy and Tiffany are so helpful. My apartment feels like home already and I have only been here three days.
This place is a joke! They tell you all this good stuff to put your family member in this place. My Grandma was in here for maybe 7-8 months. It seemed nice at first, until she was getting no baths. They said she was refusing, there were times when my mom would be there at they would document the same thing! They came in and she refused, when no one ever came in. A bunch of lazy workers. Terrible place. There is a cook there named michelle treaster that is very rude to staff as well as family and residents as well. A family member of mine lives there and I witnessed her being very rude and talking down to them. I reported it to the administrator and nothing was done about as she still is employed there. Next time I visited there my family member told me again that michelle was talking bad to her again. What kind of place allows employees to do this to elderly people.
