Trinity, your one stop shop for being made to feel like crap, making a large investment, and having drunken fools build said investment. It all began *very* shortly (1 day) after paying a deposit for an under construction home (CONCRETE SLAB). I simply stated that I would like to PAY to upgrade my hardware (plumbing, doorknobs, etc.) to matte black hardware.
