I have been dealing with Fred @ Trinity Building for over 15 years and have always had good outcomes. Very easy going and pragmatic to deal with. He has built 2 homes for me. The other reviews that are 1 star here are NOT Trinity Building & Construction, but for a builder named Trinity Constructions (Aust) Pty Ltd that actually went bankrupt a while back. Very easy to google that fact.
We moved into a "BRAND NEW APARTMENT" in Kellyville and the builders were Trinity Constructions, attached are some of the images of what this brand new apartment looked like, this is what we got given. These guys have NOT taken any responsibility on fixing this, and their defects manager Eli, had promised that all of this would be fixed, but nothing has been done for now over 3 months. Beware. These guys do not pay their tradies. Ask around before you accept a job. They are well known for it. Check creditor watch there is another unpaid debt. They will use any excuse to not pay. Usually blaming the developer for not paying.
