We had a bad experience here. We had to check out 2 nights earlier due to an emergency in Melbourne. We had already paid the hotel in advance for the 6 night stay. The Manager assured me if they re-sold the room we would receive a refund for the unused 2 nights. The studio was re-let and the manager is now refusing a refund. In other words they have double dipped and made a profit. There is no reception or a sign. The managers are not around. We needed a pool towel and no go. We have just enjoyed 3 night stay, our Studio was spot on, excellent we had everything we needed, covered carpark, very sound proof and great location, would stay again
Renovated rooms although bathroom in original tatty condition. Bedding was worn and needed replacing. There was a dog in the unit next to me yapping/barking day & night which was irritating. Whats even more annoying is motel management saying the yapping dog was from across the creek, which is clearly rubbish and blatantly lying to me. Having a washing machine and drying was a bonus. We’ve stayed here more than once. Having children, it’s caters well to our needs with a kitchen, laundry, pool and being close to so many local amenities playground, skatepark, shops and beach. Very convenient and great cost for the room. We’ll definitely be back again. Management caters to our requests each time. Thank you!
Great accommodation very clean and cool comfortable left a very precious item behind and gladly returned
