As a patient at this practice for over 15 years , it’s a shame to say , this place has changed drastically. 2 plus weeks wait for an appointment with my regular doc. Then wait more than an hour to be seen for my scheduled appointment. My previous doc here always bulk bill me. So I transfer to Dr Tran , who after 2 visits I realised I’m talking to a stone. I give my Dr Nora Duffield 5 stars for her knowledge and caring nature. Very professional and always makes my life alot better knowing she is there. I have been going to Trinity Beach practice for 15yrs now and the staff were always very helpful and friendly but lately in the past couple of years since Nicky left they are rude and abrupt with not alot of help. I give my review on my doctor not on the quality of service at the front desk.
Dr Claire had been treating my elderly mother Diana for a fair while. I live interstate and my mother has now relocated to us. I really appreciate the wonderful, thorough care Claire provided my mother. We won’t forget it!
All of my experiences with this practice were positive. The reception staff are always friendly and helpful. My doctor, dr Claire Etheridge, is just lovely, very helpful, listens to my concerns and up till now, succeeded in solving my issues. Thank you very much! Highly recommended!
