Steven basically dropped what he was doing, fixed it right then, finishing up in the dark. To top it off, he charged me a VERY Reasonable price. Couldn't ask for more. Did not get equipment requested for our Uhaul pickup, yet was charged. Informed them that our insurance company covered the Uhaul and we did not need Uhaul insurance, yet we were still charged. We’re dealing with two regional managers in two different states who give two different outcomes and had to open a dispute with our bank. Get your Uhaul elsewhere.
