Went in for car safety. Great experience
Poor service. I came in with visible coolant leaking and smoke from under the hood. Instead of diagnosing the problem, the mechanic simply topped up the coolant and sent me away. The problem is still there, and it feels like my concerns weren’t taken seriously. Very disappointing and a waste of time.
I called a day before to book an appointment for tires replacement and they gave me 8:30 am. I showed up 8:20 and when they opened told me it’s first come first serve. And even I was first, another customer came after me for alignment and they told me they need to do his car first and I have to wait 2-3 hours. I left and I will never come back in this shop.
The staff here were nice and easy to talk to. They told me what it would cost and stuck to it, which I appreciate. The paint repair took a little longer than I thought, but overall they did a solid job. The paint job turned out really good. Great job! And thank you.
I drove 20 km to this shop after calling at 1 PM to book an alignment for 3 PM. When I arrived, they said they didn’t know about my appointment and told me to come tomorrow because they didn’t have time. They also mentioned that the person who answered the phone wasn’t there. I was very disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism.
