It's impossible to leave without something being missed after each service. Last time, it was my brake light. The time before that, they checked my battery, and it went flat the next day. They also couldn’t diagnose a loud noise, which turned out to be a faulty left wheel bearing - Jax tyres identified and fixed it during their first service. Also, good luck trying to call during their office hours - no one ever answers the phone.
Car was booked for 4 hrs as handbrake broken just to order part, after 3 weeks ,car was booked again to replace the part after 3 hrs, they called me saying they ordered wrong part, what a moron,until now waiting for parts to arrive,won't ever come to this service centre,poor customer service,unreliable inexperience staff.

Top-notch service from Brad at the Trinity parts department. His deep experience with FORDs is evident—he always knows exactly what’s needed. On top of that, he’s incredibly punctual in replying to inquiries, making the whole process smooth and efficient. Highly recommended!
Custom service down the drain you can't call the parts department to order things you have to go in store so I am told. A retail buyer has to do a online form to get anything done a trade account and be placed on hold and leave a voice mail. Seems that all they care for is big spending compared to normal public people.
