Dr was good but staff was not
I had the most thorough exam I've had from any provider in a long many years. The doctor took his time explaining everything and gave specific instructions. Doc and staff were kind and treated me very well. I am glad to have gone to Trinity.
Wrong billing info, said something was covered then got bills for hundreds of dollars. Took daughter for an allergy shot and waited for 37 mins just to get called back with only 1 person in front of her.
Receptionist can’t do her job. Still waiting for a call back almost a week later….would like to schedule an appointment for my son.
The doctor absolutely insists I have a disease that is easily tested for yet he will not actually test me and i do not have any of the symptoms. It is ridiculous how simple the test is, just bloodwork. He won't do it and diagnosed me including prescribed medication. I finally got the test done elsewhere and what do you know? I dont have it! This place is just trying to keep their patients sick so they keep coming back. Doctor is a joke.
