From August of 2025 to June 2026 the Staff of TASS took care of my mom round the clock until her passing on the 4th of June. I can't say enough good things about them as they handled my mom's care with grace and dignity (as well as working with me trying to help me understand the journey I was experiencing as I was living in the home alongside them). Trinity provided quality, professional sevice. The person providing in home service was always on time, did excellent work and needed little supervision. When not busy she found things to improve and tasks to be completed rather than sit idle. She was also very pleasant to have in our home. Working with the Trinity office was also professional and easy to deal with. The staff was positive and knowledgeable. A fantastic organization to be involved with for family care, needs and many other services, everyone is friendly, caring, helpful and supportive at all times, when service is excellent, it warrants a praise! The management and staff is very committed going above and beyond for all clients !

I have been with this company going on three years too long. This company is not reliable, Communication between everyone involved is a big problem. Think hard and do your research, because you’re on your own most of the time if you choose Trinity. Dealing with Trinity has been very stressful but I have found a great company that better suits my needs!!
